gcc-config and CHOST
Okay, I admit I might be a bit stupid.
After my previous rant about gcc-config and eselect-compiler, it turns out that my CHOST was somehow b0rked. Just removing the -pc from CHOST=”i686-pc-linux-gnu” fixed the issues.
